Who will face Randy Orton for the WHC at Over the Limit?

I know it won't be Christian. Instead, I see Christian trying to invoke his rematch clause on next week's SmackDown only for Cody Rhodes to come out and challenge Christian for the right to face Orton at Over the Limit. Rhodes says that Christian is a has-been and doesn't deserve to be world champion. Christian accepts Rhodes' challenge but Rhodes wins. Other than Christian, who do you think will be Orton's opponent?
