I can't remember the title of this anime, help please?

I want to watch this anime i watched when i was young, but i cant seem to remember the title... the only details i remember is that the main chracter's mom is really short, and gets inside these suit things that makes her look older... does this ring a bell to anyone? also i remember the main chracter being hit my something then he gets boobs...
